Extensive refurbishment, to a dilapidated heritage listed structure, which saw the conversion of a rundown two story residence, into a three story residential flat building with refined, quality detailing.

This extensive renovation provided basement car parking, residential lift access, loft style accommodation within the existing roof, as well as a large clear spanning additional structure at the rear to serve as an entertaining area providing an enclosed pool, spa, dining area and bathroom amenities with two sides that open effortlessly to expand the entertainment area.
