This apartment has a combination of art deco and period design features but also offers the convenience of modern technology, as well as sustainable building materials and automation that can only be achieved through a contemporary build.

Works involved included a full strip out, conversion of a sub-floor lobby space into laundry and an additional room. High end joinery and detailing throughout the apartment
